Description
Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Regions of upstate New York - just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a full-time experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established internal medicine and family medicine team.
SALARY: $110,000-$130,000 annually
WORK LOCATION(S): Newburgh, NY (three offices)
STATUS: Full Time

You will be part of a team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing quality care in the Newburgh, NY area. The position will require a healthcare provider who is comfortable working in the three different offices for our organization in the Newburgh area. Flexibility, healthcare acumen and a belief in meeting patients where they are in their healthcare journey are all positive attributes for the ideal candidate.
Typical Schedule
Monday, 8 am to 7 pm
Tuesday Mobile Van 8 am to 7 pm
Wednesday 9 am to 5 pm
Friday 8 am to 5 pm
